If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process to make it right.
What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns on most solar products and accessories, including power stations, charge controllers, and EV chargers, as long as the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all components intact.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Customized or made-to-order solutions are not eligible for return unless defective.
Proof of Purchase
Acceptable documents include a digital invoice, physical receipt, or order confirmation email. This helps us track and verify your purchase to process your return or refund quickly.
Exchange Policy
If the product arrived broken, does not function as advertised, or you received the wrong item, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost. Exchanges must be requested within the 14-day return period.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note, shipping fees and handling charges may be deducted unless the issue was our fault.
Return Shipping
We recommend using a trusted courier with tracking to prevent delays or losses. We cannot guarantee refunds for items lost in transit if not traceable.
Non-Returnable Items
This includes custom-built solar solutions, opened software or monitoring platforms, and final sale or clearance items. These exceptions are clearly marked at the time of purchase to avoid confusion later.
